About: Geoff Dabelko is Professor and Associate Dean at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service at Ohio University and senior advisor to the Washington-based Woodrow Wilson Center’s Environmental Change and Security Program. He was a lead author on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s 5th Assessment and is an author on the forthcoming 5th National Climate Assessment. He is co-chair of the Sustainability & Climate Resilience Committee for Age-Friendly Athens County. He is co-editor of Environmental Peacemaking and Green Planet Blues: Critical Perspectives on Global Environmental Politics.
