About: Josh is a co-founder and former Secretary of the Board of ASAP. He has over 30 years of experience working on climate change science, policy, and adaptation in the federal, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. He is an active ASAP Member, working at Versar, Inc. in DC, as Senior Program Manager for Resilience and Climate Adaptation. Formerly, he was climate resilience policy lead for the Maryland Department of Transportation; was faculty at the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute as university program manager for the DOI Northwest Climate Science Center, and NOAA RISA Climate Impacts Research Consortium. Previously, he was Program Manager for the Urban Leaders Adaptation Initiative at the Center for Clean Air Policy in Washington, DC. And for 13 years was a program manager in the Climate and Societal Interactions Program at the NOAA in Silver Spring, Maryland developing the Climate Resilient Communities, RISA, IRICP, and NIDIS programs.
