    About: Josh is a co-founder and former Secretary of the Board of ASAP. He has over 30 years of experience working on climate change science and policy in the federal and non-profit sectors including over 25 years working on climate adaptation and resilience. Currently, he resides in Washington, DC as an active ASAP Member. Formerly, he was faculty at the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute at Oregon State University where he was university program manager for the Northwest Climate Science Center (NW CSC) supported by the Department of Interior, and Climate Impacts Research Consortium, a NOAA RISA Team. Previously, he was Program Manager for the Urban Leaders Adaptation Initiative at the Center for Clean Air Policy in Washington, DC. And was a program manager in the Climate and Societal Interactions Program at the NOAA Climate Program Office in Silver Spring, Maryland for 13 years developing the Climate Resilient Communities Program, as well as RISA, IRICP, and NIDIS.
