About: I am the Environmental Sustainability Director at Central Community College across 25 counties in Central Nebraska and the chair of the Grand Island and Hastings, Nebraska Campus-Community Resiliency Committee. Central Community College and the Resiliency Committee have reduced greenhouse gas emissions through renewable energy projects and promoting alternative and public transportation. Also we partner with the Hall County Emergency Management Department in providing communication to low income and diverse communities through emergency preparedness.
