About: I help manage NOAA's Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (RISA) program, a network of U.S. regional science teams using research and engagement to build the capacity of partners to adapt to climate change. I am a young career individual, but one who has always seen climate adaptation as the profession for me. My first professional work 2012-2015 including working on county-level adaptation planning to sea level rise in South Carolina. Evolving interest today include network management and learning the 'art' of partnership building.
