About: As Director of EFCWest I work with Native American Tribes in the American southwest to help them develop vulnerability assessments, climate adaptation plans and resiliency approaches. I also train small water systems and rural communities across the US and Puerto Rico on resiliency and adaptation planning. Internationally, I am part of a coalition that is working to build Women's Climate Centers across East Africa, with a focus on peer-to-peer training. My organization is actively involved with USCAN and CAN International.
