Many global leaders have observed that if the 20th century was all about oil, the 21st century is being defined by water - that is, the availability of fresh water to support and sustain healthy communities and ecosystems around the world. My passion lies in solving challenges around environmental issues; I am especially interested in water resources solutions. Current models of water management are siloed and fragmented, inconsistent with the realities of the resource. I collaborate with businesses, investors, agencies, nonprofits and other stakeholders to address water challenges from a systems approach, creating water management solutions for humans and nature. Since graduating (Phi Beta Kappa) with a BS in Environmental Science and an emphasis in Hydrology my work has been focused on the complexities within the fields of water law and hydrology. In 2017, I received my Masters of Environmental Science & Management, specializing in water resources management. In my current role as Project Manager at LegacyWorks Group, I work with investors, landowners and mission-driven businesses to help them achieve their impact intentions. I also work with philanthropists, foundations and community organizations to provide the expertise and support to bridge divides to meet communities' greatest needs. I am an outdoorswoman - I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, road biking, etc. (and I am still working on the surfing bit). I have traveled extensively, fueling my passion around water security and environmental compliance issues. I have circumnavigated the globe, traveling to over 22 countries. I consider myself to be a collaborative relationship builder. I am energetic and passionate. I am known for seeing possibilities where others can't. I approach the world with an open mind and a curious and generous heart. I stand for integrity and empowerment, branching into collective change for myself, my community and the earth.
